Once again life got crazy (I've been working a ton up in Boulder for a play) and I fell behind on my organized meal planning. This time I don't think we did too badly, we still ate fairly healthily while I was in tech thanks to trying Green Chef which I'll write about some more later. But of course we always use our groceries most efficiently when I'm doing a real meal plan so I'm back with the menu for the rest of this week.
Wednesday: leftovers/night out with friends
Thursday: Sauteed Sirloin Tips with Bell Peppers (we finally have some peppers from our garden that I'm looking forward to eating!)
Friday: Sweet Potato & Chickpea Curry
Saturday: dinner & "The Martian" with friends
